I have only one instance of Solid Edge opened, but I still get this message. How can it be?

More than one Solid Edge instance is likely open, but you can't see it on your Windows bar. Go to Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc). Select the unnecessary Solid Edge instance and end its task.
