In the property editor, when clicking the material property, you can select a material from the available material libraries in Solid Edge.
Assemblies do not have a material and do not support this feature
Usage
Click the material’s value. A popup appears with recent and favorited materials you've used in Solid Edge
Clicking More.. opens a new window where you can search for specific materials.
